A councillor posted this very informative piece about rules and regulations in Ireland which I think is worth sharing even though I am unclear about rules and regulations where I live and even if they were clear in Madrid, they are still subject to legal challanges.
I disagree with so many complicated regulations and restrictions as I believe they can be counterproductive and confusing but never the less, here are the Level 3 guidelines which were shared with lots of emojis.
At least we have been spared the poop emoji.
I don't know about the use of emojis by elected representatives, I love and hate them but if people look twice and read them, which I did, then well done to Cllr Jamie Moran in showing some communication flare when everyone else is scared and confused.
