The Mask

My friend Carlos Mustienes has taken wearing masks to a whole new level with a collection of very unusual masks collected by his parents over the years.

This green mask reminds me of Jim Carey's mask in his 1994 classic comedy The Mask.

Jim Carey was given extraordinary powers when he donned his magic mask but Carlos has done more to remind people of the need to wear their masks through his daily Facebook posts than a certain world leader who has claimed that the virus will magically just disappear. "Smocking."
